Annual appointment as Head of the Prevention and Protection Service (R.S.P.P.)

The Head of the Prevention and Protection Service must possess the skills and qualifications necessary for the nature of the risks present in the workplace and related to work activities, as stated in the Legislative Decree no. 81/2008 (art. 32) and circular min and as Lav 39/2003 transposing Community directives on health and safety in the workplace, and clear and detailed guidance on the skills required for persons responsible for protection and prevention of occupational risks.
The task of the Prevention and Protection Service (RSPP) will be done by the Technical Expert who will:

  • The identification of risk factors, the risk assessment and the identification of measures for the safety and healthiness of the workplace, in accordance with current legislation on the basis of specific knowledge of the business organization;
  • To elaborate, to the extent applicable, preventive and protective measures and the control systems of these measures;
  • To draw any security procedures for the various activities of the company;
  • to propose programs of information and training of workers;
  • To participate in No. 1 regular meeting in the field of protection of health and safety with the employer, the RLS and the occupational physician in accordance with art. 35 Legislative Decree no. 81/08;
  • To verify the presence and accuracy of the necessary authorizations, as well as to provide support in the new request;
  • To verify the presence of certificates of conformity of plant, equipment and machinery, as well as the correct application of periodic checks. Assistance in the acquisition and granting the use of machines and equipment with a verification of the characteristics based on their reference UNI and ISO;
  • Support in the signing of contracts and / or contracts for work with contractors or self-employed businesses with its verification of the security professionalism and management requirements pursuant to art. 26 Legislative Decree no. 81/08;
  • Support the company in the management and relationships with supervisors in case of audits and assessments;
  • Preparation of the communications to the Officers bodies.

Education and Training. Where required by the reference standards courses can be enjoyed in E-learning mode through a special access to our FAD Distance Learning platform in such manner as will be illustrated

Result Expected: Attestation of Consulenza Integrata that the Company has established, executed, and implemented a Corporate Management System for Health and Safety in the Workplace according to the Legislative Decree no. 81/08.

Powered and Implemented the Management System and by the second year, the following activities are planned:

  • Taking Assignment R.S.P.P.
  • Taking Position Company Doctor
  • Possible Revision of Risk Assessment Document
  • Possible Practical Tutorial on the Emergency Plan
  • Any integration or update Documentation License
  • Medical visits when required
  • Attestation of Consulenza Integrata that the Company has established, implemented, and implemented a Corporate Management System for Health and Safety in the Workplace according to the Legislative Decree no. 81/08 for the year in progress.
